WellWoman: Nutrition for Pregnancy & Postpartum

This workshop will teach how to best support your body nutritionally during pregnancy and postpartum. Instead of counting calories or bouncing back, we will be focused on what nutrient-dense foods and supplements we can add to aid in a healthy perinatal period.
