Essentials #2: Breathing and Thinking

Breathing & thinking are integral to good health, but how do they really affect your body and ultimately your adjustment? We will cover how to take deep cleansing breaths throughout the day to keep stress down. We will also discuss the importance of positive thinking, as thoughts become things, so it is important to keep those thoughts positive, even in stressful situations. This workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Nate.
